Refund policy

We hope you love your R2TB order, but if something isn’t right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and in resaleable condition, with original packaging where possible.

To start a return, email hello@r2tbuk.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll process your refund back to the original payment method.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund instead.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email us straight away and we’ll make it right.
